PERSONAL SERVICE · PARTNER PRODUCTION

White-glove support across the ARKTIK catalog

White-glove options extend across ARKTIK’s products and services. Your accepted plan defines personalized onboarding, coordination, scheduled check-ins, reporting, document preparation and handoff support appropriate to the engagement. Included hours, revisions, contact channels, response windows and additional-work pricing are agreed before work begins. Availability is confirmed during fit review; white-glove does not mean unlimited or round-the-clock service.

MAP P1–P5 describes support intensity for education offerings. The higher MAP products may include in-person services within the agreed scope. Eligible materials and self-pay services are itemized separately; TEFA does not cover the in-person service component.

Request a white-glove scope

White-label products & production

Organizations can request selected ARKTIK materials, resources and production services under their own approved brand. Each project receives a written scope covering authorized content, branding, license or ownership terms, production quantities, accessibility, review and revision allowances, delivery, updates and customer support. Third-party content is included only where the necessary rights permit it.

Setup and customization, production or licensing, and ongoing white-glove support are quoted separately. Partner branding does not transfer accreditation, TEFA approval, credentials or an ARKTIK endorsement.
