BUILD WITH ARKTIK

Careers & internships

Bring your skill. Help make learning and family support dependable.

Build capability. Make service dependable.

Accepting expressions of interest—not applications to confirmed funded vacancies. We are founder-led and building a future talent pool. Each funded opening will state duties, pay, hours, location, employment classification and a realistic start date. No application fee or unpaid production trial is required.

Education & curriculum

Educators, subject reviewers and learning designers: create accessible lessons, answer keys and mastery checks using MAP and the weekly learning rhythm.

Family support & operations

Organize intake, schedules, parent communication and service delivery. Advocacy support is nonlegal; professional services require verified credentials and a separately defined scope.

Technology & accessible delivery

Help build dependable Microsoft 365/Azure workflows, accessible web experiences, testing and privacy-aware systems.

Production & partnerships

Prepare print and digital assets, coordinate releases, and support accountable business relationships. Paid commercial work is not assigned to volunteers.

Small cohorts. Defined teaching commitments.

We welcome interest from retired and currently practicing educators. Our planned in-person model caps each cohort at 10 learners and each instructor’s teaching schedule at three cohorts per day. Each funded offer will specify class duration, paid preparation, meetings, support responsibilities, location and total hours.

Compensation and schedules are being costed before vacancies are announced. No annual pay, benefits or retirement compatibility is promised by this interest page. Retired educators should check their individual requirements with their retirement system; TRS employment-after-retirement guidance ↗ is a starting point for Texas retirees. Current educators should also review their employer’s outside-employment requirements.

A clear hiring process

  1. Register your area of interest and availability.
  2. When a funded role matches, review the published terms before applying.
  3. Discuss relevant experience using consistent, role-related criteria.
  4. Complete proportionate screening and any paid substantive assessment.
  5. Receive a written offer and onboarding plan before work begins.

You may request an accessible process without disclosing a diagnosis. Do not submit identity documents, medical information or a background-check report through this form.

Internships with a learning purpose

We also welcome interest in future paid, supervised internships in curriculum, operations, technology and production. Learning goals, supervision, pay and schedule must be approved before an internship starts. School credit or placement is not guaranteed. This initial form is for adults; a school representative or parent can inquire about a future youth pathway without naming a student.
