Organizations may request a scoped discussion of batch manifests, match/mismatch reports, custody registers or controlled exports. Sensitive evidence is not accepted through public forms.

Preservation services remain subject to tested access, acceptance and actual retention-policy activation. No file is called immutable merely because a design exists. An institutional verification API is planned, not publicly operational.
