Who provides the service
Education and family-support engagements are provided through ARKTIK Education. The written agreement and invoice identify the exact legal seller and authorized payment recipient. Website brands are not separate payment authorization.
What a request means
A website request is free and creates no appointment, enrollment, legal representation, tuition obligation, or automatic charge. We confirm fit, state-specific availability, assigned staff, written scope, total price, and a start date before accepting paid work. Requested urgency is not a response-time guarantee.
What we commit to
For an accepted engagement, ARKTIK commits to the listed deliverables, included support time, and dates in the written agreement. Additional work or charges require your agreement. We cannot guarantee a school decision, accommodation, attendance excuse, court outcome, funding award, grade, credit acceptance, graduation, or admission.
Navigation and family advocacy
Services include general educational information, records organization, parent-directed meeting preparation, invited support, and factual follow-up. ARKTIK does not provide individualized legal advice, prepare another person’s court pleadings as a legal service, represent a person in court, diagnose a disability, or perform a licensed evaluation without an appropriately qualified professional.
Continuity packs and Home School
Plans identify scheduled learning days, subjects, materials, progress checks, adult responsibilities, and support time. The package duration is not a promise of daily live teaching. Work logs document learning; they do not automatically excuse absences, confer school credit, satisfy court orders, or change enrollment. Families must confirm attendance and enrollment arrangements with the appropriate institution or authority.
Agritech program status
Agritech University Prep Online School currently accepts program-interest requests. Enrollment, tuition collection, credits, and diploma arrangements require a separately confirmed program. No accreditation, all-state authorization, university partnership, or admission guarantee is represented by this website.
Funding, price, and payment
TEFA eligibility is confirmed for the exact offering and transaction. Private-pay advocacy is not automatically reimbursable. Quotes include total price, any applicable tax, due dates, deliverable milestones, and any optional charges before acceptance. Payment links must belong to the legal service provider. Never send card numbers through the request form.
Cancellation, changes, and refunds
Cancel before work begins for a refund of service fees paid. If work has begun, completed milestones must be itemized using the prices agreed before payment; unused future service fees are refundable. Any authorized third-party or material cost must have its cancellation treatment disclosed before purchase. If ARKTIK cannot deliver, you may accept a revised schedule or receive a refund for the undelivered portion. No cancellation fee is created by this form. No charge is authorized without a separate agreement. Submit a cancellation or refund request through the contact form using the same safe contact details; discuss the engagement reference during follow-up. Statutory rights are not waived. If ARKTIK cannot accept a service, it must not collect payment for that service.
Installments and continuing support
Eligible scopes may use written 30-, 60-, or 90-day schedules with no ARKTIK interest or financing fee. Exact amounts, dates, service milestones, cancellation, and any pause for missed payments must be disclosed before agreement. Rounding is reconciled in the final installment. Monthly support does not authorize automatic renewal or recurring charges through this form.
Records, authority, and safety
We check authority to consent to educational work or release records separately. Sharing a surname or submitting a form does not establish custody or access rights. Sensitive documents are requested only after a restricted intake channel is verified and appropriate consent is obtained. ARKTIK is not an emergency responder. Do not wait for a callback when immediate safety assistance is needed.
Tools and community
The local Ledger tool compares file hashes; it does not establish authenticity, authorship, legal admissibility, or an independent trusted timestamp. Server preservation requires a separate agreement and active controls. Faith, worship, and Assembly participation are voluntary and are not conditions of educational or family support.
